Wendy joined the QSS team in 2002 after a range of experience in rurally focussed businesses. She studied agriculture, horticulture and equine management in the UK complementing these courses with formal studies of bookeeping and accounting.

Her focus throughout her career in UK and Australia, has been on excellent customer service backed by strong, streamlined systems. Wendy likes order and structure and is very professional in developing these sorts of systems.

Wendy was a tour leader on cross Africa safaris by truck and developed an array of skills dealing with the challenges this sort of travel offerred. Some of the trips lasted 6 months! She moved to Australia in 1998 and worked for Timbercorp and Jamieson's Run winery. She moved to the warmer climate of the Sunshine Coast and soon after joined QSS.

She enjoys chatting to customers and when she is not at work, keeps herself fit walking her energetic labrador and going to the gym. She loves the beach and is able to give our customers a beach report as part of the service.
